From the terroir "Monte Casa", the moraine hill of Lake Garda with the better exposure, combined with the low yield, this wine was born. It has an exceptional natural gradation (no drying), it is vinified with the "bleeding" technique (50% of the must fermented with all skins). Wine of great personality, produced only in the best vintages as a hymn to nature and gratitude for this precious gift.
To be served at a temperature of 16º-18ºC.
